Picked the car up in Vegas, from the time I walked up to the counter, to the time I drove off, it was ONE HOUR AND FORTY FIVE MINUTES!!! When I finally did get the car it was fine, but way too long. |

| Norm United States/CA/Palm Desert [Jun 28, 2008] I rent Prius vehicles when I can. Assigned car was two years old with 26K and tired. Vehicle not cleaned very well. Nearly all of San Diego's service personnel are non-English speaking, and rude customer service agents. Their rates are good, but quality is spotty. Rented in Los Angeles and had a fairly good experience. |
